This HSJ-75/33 HDPE/PP Plastic Pipe Making Machine

This machine is mainly designed for manufacturing HDPE/PP Pipes, which mainly used in irrigation, water supply area. The extruder can process PP/HDPE granules(Both virgin and Recycled, even with chalk-filled composite).

The mounted mould on this line is 20-63mm, full set of mould will include every detailed sized mandrel and sizing sleeve. The whole production line mechanical designing speed speed can reach to max. 15m/min.

HSJ-75mm Single Screw Extruder This Extruder is designed specially for processing PP/HDPE Granules, either Virgin Granules or recycled scraps. The Extruder installed with 45/55kw driving motor , according to the different pipe size, or thickness.

Our SCREW is specially designed according to Chemical Characteristic of the granules. It has the advantages of high tenacity, high impact, good bending performance, high temperature resistance, etc.

Pipe Stacker This unit is mainly for pipes which cut into pieces, it holds and collects the pipe after the cutting machine. You can pack the pipe into bundles by straps.

TWO STATION PIPE COILER MACHINE(16-32mm) This is mainly used for coil the corrugated pipes into rolls, like 50m/roll, 100m/roll. Usually the coiled corrugated pipes are used as electrical conduits, which mainly functions as the protection the cable wires. If add this coiler, you can also extend your business into this area.
